Okay, I'm gonna give you guys a bit of rules so you can start making your characters. Attribute: Place in order the following, starting with the ones you would want the most on your character: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Inteligence, Wisdom, Charisma. Element: choose one of the following: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Nature, or Lightning. Thats all you need to tell me.

I am working on the game rules for the game. I am trying to keep it as simply as I can. I am working with an idea around chi points and the four elements. I am doing a alot of internet reading about the show and watching the show to try and get more ideas. The part I am working on at this time is where each player is fighting a showdown. As alway when I start working on a game I have alot of ideas in my head and trying to work them into rules. And that can make a problem for me. Omi has nine dots on his head which must mean he has nine chi. I am not sure about the others weather good or bad what there chi rating should be. The basic idea is each turn one play would spent chi on a move or shen gon wu. They would use that move or shen gon wu to attack the other player. You us a dice to work out if the move or shen gon wu hits the other player. If it does the other play takes damage and for each point of damage you do to that player you will get back in chi points.I am going to work other ways you can use chi points for like recovering health points. If this work out ok I can build on the idea. Let me know what you all think. Sorry if there is any spelling mistalkes.

listen, just tell me the information I requested above, and I can make your characters. In the mean time: Combat: What's in a turn: In a turn you have two types of actions: Standard, and movement. You can use these actions in any order. A move action consists of moving, and any action that you can perform normally while moving. A standard action is attacking, spending element points, or activating a magical item. Attacking: When you attack with a weapon or with your fists, you add 1d20 + any bonus from your weapon + any bonus from your items + your strength bonus. Your attack is successful if your result is higher than your opponents defense. Defense = 10 + armor bonus + Dexterity bonus. Damage is equal to 1dx (X is modified by weapon.) + Strength bonus. Element points: Each character has a number of element points that they regain each day. These points are spent activating magical items, or using an elemental ability. Health: Depleted by successful attacks. Health at each level = 1d6 + Constitution bonus.
Thats all you need to know for now.

Basic Idea that iam working on is that before you start a showdown you both throw a d6. The one that wins the rule start the attack first. Turn 1 start with a player 1 attacking player 2. Player 2 must try and stop the attack with a roll of the dice. The next turn it is player 2 turn to attack player 1. I thinking of maybe say that you can do two action like moving would be one and then attacking would be another. If I do you have choice weather you spend the two action on movement or attack. The game I am working on is like to board game in one you have the fighting part where you use shen gone wu or moves. And the other is the how you get the shen gone wu.
Ceal information that I will need for the fighting part is character stats. As each character on the good side is based on the four elements. I will need Fire,Wind,Water and Earth. The stat lines would be Strength,Defense the shen gone wu if used would add to the characters Strength and Defense. I do like to like your idea you had about the Intelligence, Wisdom sound interesting. As I would like to add a part of the game where you can train your character and make them more Intelligence and give them a Wisdom value to there stat. That way they could use better move and more powerful shen gon wu. In the mean time make up some stats for me base around the four elements and try them out see if that work. I am thinking that taking the chi part out and point the above part in.I not sure what to do about the bad guys characters stats. Tell me what you think Ceal weather you it is a good idea.

see, the problem with this is that it's too strict to the series. It needs to be more unique.

I don't take drugs. I was born like this. Watch in this totally fake flash-back.
FLASH-BACK!
Doctor: Its a boy!
Baby Sanlong: Oh, if you want it to be possessive, it's just 'I-T-S', but if it's supposed to be a conjunction, it's 'I-T-apostraphe-S'! Scalawag!
Doctor: It's a singing-about-grammar-and-spelling boy!
